We believe that this space is a blessing. We seek to share this blessing with you and others. Your contributions large and small help fulfill this mission, and we appreciate the time you spend here. We encourage you to freely share your ideas and concerns with us about improving the space because community is communication and your voice matters.
House Rules and Conduct
Hosts are responsible for themselves, their property and their guests.
No smoking inside the studio (vapes, cigarettes, etc.). Smoking outside is acceptable. Clearing elements such as sage, palo santo, etc. are allowed for the purposes of blessings, cleansing/clearing, sealing, etc. All candles/fire must be fully attended to and extinguished with water.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises unless specifically permitted and previously approved for your event. Hosts are responsible for their guests; belligerence, or excessive inebriation is not permissible.
No pets or animals inside the studio space. Service animals require prior and specific approval.
No persons under the age of 18 are allowed on the premises unless directly attended by their parent or legal guardian. All minors require prior and specific approval.
Maximum total number of persons in the studio cannot exceed 32 without prior and specific approval.
In a world where you can be anyone, be nice.
Cleaning and Trash
Leave the space tidy and ready for the next guests. Cleaning supplies are in the utility closet.
Take all trash/recyclables to the large bins outside in the front.
Report
Any damage/theft to the property, artwork, etc. Prompt reporting to the Art Haven team helps us keep the space in good condition for everyone to enjoy.
Low supplies; toilet paper, water, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
General guest misconduct. We seek to maintain a safe and professional space for everyone to enjoy; violence, hate speech, etc. is not acceptable and can result in being banned from the space.
General waiver of liability
Use of these premises and any equipment are at you and your guests’ risk. You agree that Art Haven, LLC and its agents will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury, or loss to you, your guests, or possessions while on the premises.
Video recording of the property occurs 24 hours a day for safety and security purposes.
